HUBUNGAN PENUNDAAN ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT RECONSTRUCTION DENGAN KONDISI KINESIOPHOBIA DAN PERUBAHAN PSIKOLOGIS

Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) merupakan tindakan penggantian ligamen ACL menggunakan jaringan tendon yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembalikan fungsi lutut agar dapat kembali beraktivitas seperti sebelumnya, mencegah terjadinya cedera yang semakin parah, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup untuk waktu yang lama. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penundaan ACLR memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perubahan psikologis dan kinesiophobia yang dilihat melalui kuesioner Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia 17 (TSK-17), dan Anterior Cruciate Ligament Return to Sport After Injury (ACL-RSI). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kohort prospektif, dengan total 32 sampel yang merupakan anggota Komunitas ACL Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinesiophobia dan psikologis yaitu TSK-17, dan ACL-RSI. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara penundaan ACLR terhadap psikologis dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu p=0.040 (p<0.05) dan nilai r=-0.365 yang bernilai negatif. Selain itu, penundaan ACLR juga ditemukan berhubungan signifikan terhadap kondisi kinesiophobia sebelum operasi dengan nilai p=0.040 (<0.05) dan nilai r=0.365 yang memiliki hubungan positif. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penundaan ACLR dengan kondisi psikologis pada skala ACL-RSI. Selain itu, ditemukan pula hubungan signifikan antara penundaan ACLR dengan kondisi kinesiophobia pada skala TSK-17 sebelum ACLRReferences
