IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR RISIKO KARDIOVASKULAR BERDASARKAN SKOR KARDIOVASKULAR JAKARTA (JAKVAS) PADA PEKERJA PERUSAHAAN X TAHUN 2024

Selain faktor tradisional seperti jenis kelamin, usia, merokok dan olahraga, bekerja dalam shif dan penempatan kerja juga diketahui meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular termasuk di industri migas. Terjadinya 5 kematian pekerja akibat sakit dengan dugaan penyakit jantung pada tahun 2021 membuat Perusahaan ini perlu mendapatkan gambaran risiko kardiovaskular pekerja mereka guna membuat kebijakan operational demi mencapai zero fatality kedepannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran estimasi risiko kardiovaskular pekerja perusahaan X dengan menggunakan Skor Kardiovaskular Jakarta pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif analisis observasional dengan desain kuantitative deskriptive, dilakukan di Perusahaan X yang bergerak di industri migas di daerah Riau dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari hasil MCU pekerja tahun 2024 sebagai sumber data. Dengan pekerja yang tersebar pada 7 area, sample sejumlah 333 orang diambil secara proporsional dan random. Data dianalisis secara univariat and bivariat menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Karakteristik sampel menunjukkan hampir sebagian besar pekerja (49.2%) memiliki Skor Kardiovaskular Jakarta kategori rendah dikarenakan mayoritas pekerja tidak merokok (73,6%), memiliki tekanan darah normal (93,7%) dan tidak diabetes (92,8%) walaupun aktifitas olahraga masih ringan (56,2%) dan mayoritas sampel mengidap obesitas (62,5%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara shif (p value = 0,959) dan penempatan kerja (p value = 0,949) dengan Skor Kardiovaskular Jakarta.References
