KOMPETENSI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA RUANG KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT

Kepala Ruang di Rumah sakit yang baik harus mempunyai berbagai kompetensi kepemimpinan dalam bidang Keperawatan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi banyak tuntutan terhadap kompetensi kepemimpinan yang di miliki oleh kepala ruang. Banyak penelitian tentang Kepemimpinan Keperawatan telah dilakukan terkait dengan kompetensi yang di perlukan agar kepemimpinan berjalan efektif dan masih bervariasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruang yang di harapkan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Literature Review dengan penelusuran 3 data base. Google Scholar, ProQuest, Semantic Scholar serta melakukan analisa PICOT pada artikel tersebut. Hasil penelusuran jurnal pada data base di lakukan seleksi dengan menggunakan kata kunci, artikel dan tahun terbit jurnal. Hasil dari screening jurnal yang di publikasikan dalam 5 tahun ditemukan 41 artikel yang sesuai. Setelah dilakukan kelayakan di temukan 17 artikel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala ruang keperawatan sebelum menjadi kepala ruang di unit nya perlu di beri pembekalan manajemen kepemimpinan. Kepala ruangan termasuk kedalam timgkatan manajer operasional, yang merupakan jabatan strategis dikarenakan secara manajerial dapat menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan. Diidentifikasi bahwa kompetensi kepala ruang keperawatan yang harus di miliki meliputi: kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi dalam komunikasi, kompetensi dalam pengambil keputusan, kompetensi dalam pengarahan dan bimbingan.References
