MANAJEMEN ANESTESI PADA PASIEN DENGAN TUMOR EXTRAAXIAL REGIO FRONTAL SEC SUSP MENINGIOMA CONVEXITY DENGAN TINDAKAN CRANIOTOMY TUMOR REMOVAL BICORONAL INCISION

Tumor otak memerlukan penanganan khusus, terutama dalam aspek anestesi dan perawatan pascaoperasi. Pasien dengan tumor serebri sering menunjukkan gejala peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, seperti sakit kepala, mual, muntah, gangguan kesadaran, serta defisit neurologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi anestesi dan manajemen perioperatif pada pasien dengan tumor otak guna menjaga stabilitas hemodinamik dan perfusi serebral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada seorang pria berusia 52 tahun yang dirujuk dengan diagnosis tumor serebri. Pasien mengalami penurunan daya ingat progresif selama empat bulan terakhir, disertai perubahan perilaku menjadi lebih pendiam. Evaluasi praoperasi menunjukkan kesadaran yang baik tanpa gejala nyeri kepala, muntah, atau gangguan penglihatan. Anamnesis mengungkapkan riwayat dua kali operasi otak akibat kecelakaan tahun 2003. Anestesi dilakukan dengan teknik neuroanestesi yang mencakup Target Controlled Infusion (TCI), low flow anesthesia (LFA), serta penggunaan fentanil dan rocuronium untuk menjaga keseimbangan tekanan intrakranial. Pascaoperasi, pasien menjalani pemantauan intensif di ICU selama 48 jam dengan parameter fisiologis stabil, meskipun terdapat leukositosis sebagai respons inflamasi. Pemberian analgesik fentanyl efektif dalam mengontrol nyeri dan mencegah agitasi selama pemulihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan anestesi multimodal dan pemantauan ketat berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan operasi dan pemulihan pasien. Intervensi yang tepat dalam manajemen intraoperatif dan pascaoperasi sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan prognosis pasien.References
