LOGOTERAPI EFEKTIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS HIDUP : STUDI META-ANALISIS

Kualitas hidup merupakan aspek penting dalam kesejahteraan individu, terutama bagi mereka yang menghadapi situasi yang menekan. Salah satu intervensi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup adalah logoterapi, yang berfokus pada pencarian makna hidup sebagai strategi menghadapi tekanan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi logoterapi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui metode meta-analisis. Data diperoleh dari sembilan jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dengan total 150 partisipan berusia 10 hingga 36 tahun yang telah menerima intervensi logoterapi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung effect size menggunakan nilai g Hedge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa logoterapi memiliki effect size sedang (g = 0.67; 95% CI = -1.21 hingga 2.56), yang mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa logoterapi memberikan efek signifikan, terutama bagi individu yang berada dalam kondisi penuh tekanan. Efektivitas intervensi ini dipengaruhi oleh metode pelaksanaan, termasuk jumlah sesi dan durasi logoterapi yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memperkuat bukti bahwa logoterapi dapat menjadi strategi intervensi yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu.References
