EFEKTIVITAS INTERVENSI MINDFULNESS TERHADAP PENURUNAN INSOMNIA : STUDI META-ANALISIS

Insomnia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan dan menjadi perhatian global karena dampaknya terhadap kesehatan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Berbagai pendekatan telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi gangguan ini, salah satunya adalah intervensi mindfulness. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi mindfulness terhadap penurunan insomnia pada individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta-analisis terhadap 7 jurnal yang telah dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu, dengan melihat besarnya effect size menggunakan nilai g hedge dari hasil analisis statistik. Penelitian ini melibatkan 582 partisipan yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis menunjukkan effect size sedang (g = -0.567; 95% Cl = -1.810 sampai 0.677), yang mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi mindfulness memiliki pengaruh moderat dalam menurunkan tingkat insomnia. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh analisis heterogenitas dengan nilai I² sebesar 83.66%, menunjukkan adanya variasi antar studi yang cukup tinggi. Selain itu, tidak ditemukan bias publikasi berdasarkan uji Egger (p = 0.965), sehingga hasil dapat dianggap lebih valid. Mindfulness membantu individu mencapai keseimbangan pikiran, ketenangan, serta peningkatan konsentrasi, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas tidur yang lebih baik. Berbagai bentuk intervensi seperti MBSR, MBCT, MAPs, dan MBRP memberikan kontribusi terhadap perbaikan pola tidur. Oleh karena itu, mindfulness dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dan dapat dipertimbangkan dalam intervensi klinis maupun preventif untuk mengatasi gangguan insomnia.References
