GAMBARAN VISUS PADA PENDERITA RETINOPATI DIABETIK SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH INJEKSI ANTI-VEGF : LITERATURE REVIEW

Tinjauan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran visus pada panderita retinopati diabetik sebelum dan sesudah terapi injeksi Anti-VEGF. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, berupa studi dari beberapa literatur yang diperoleh menggunakan elektronik based terakreditasi/terindeks Scopus dan Sinta seperti DOAJ, Springerlink, Cochrane, Biomed, Portal Garuda, Google Scholar, Elsevier/Clinical Key, PubMed, dan sumber database lainnya. Artikel ini mencari Gambaran visus pada penderita retinopati diabetik yang dilakukan terapi injeksi anti-VEGF, pencarian menghasilkan 286 artikel. Dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi, 14 publikasi penelitian dipilih untuk ditinjau. Jurnal yang dibahas disini memiliki kontribusi unik dalam memahami efektivitas pemberian terapi anti-VEGF terhadap pasien retinopati diabetik dengan gangguan penglihatan, meskipun jurnal menonjol memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan tersendiri. Metode penelitian pada tiap-tiap jurnal yaitu dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan data sekunder 28,58% (4 dari 14), randomized controlled trial 14,28% (2 dari 14), analisis retropektif catatan medis elektronik 7,14% (1 dari 14), retropective cohort study 28,58% (4 dari 14), single center observasional case series 7,14% (1 dari 14), clinical trial 7,14% (1 dari 14), dan case report 7,14% (1 dari 14). Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari 14 publikasi penelitian yang dipilih untuk ditinjau, bahwa penggunaan terapi anti-VEGF dapat mencegah terjadinya kehilangan penglihatan akibat terjadinya retinopati diabetik dan memberikan hasil yang signifikan yang dibuktikan dengan adanya perbedaan visual outcome pasien retinopati diabetic injeksi intravitreal anti-VEGF menjadi lebih baik dibandingkan sebelumnya.References
