PENGARUH ELEVASI KAKI TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PASCA SPINAL ANESTESI PADA PASIEN SECTIO CAESAREA

Sectio caesarea adalah tindakan pembedahan yang bertujuan mengeluarkan janin melalui insisi abdomen dan uterus. Tindakan ini menyebabkan pasien mengalami hipotensi setelah tindakan spinal anestesi. Tindakan elevasi kaki diduga dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah pasien sectio caesarea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tindakan elevasi kaki terhadap tekanan darah pasien sectio caesarea. teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni quisy eksperimen dengan desain pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan pasien sectio caesarea RSU Mitra Sejati Medan sebanyak 90 pasien dan dengan teknik total sampling, seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Teknik uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 90% ( = 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini karakteristik responden didominasi usia 20-35 tahun (61,2%), semasa kehamilan pasien dalam kategori gemuk (80%), dan mayoritas pasien belum pernah menjalani SC sebelumnya (70%). Elevasi kaki berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah yang dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value untuk tekanan sistolik dan diastolic dibawah 0,05.References
