AUTOKORELASI SPASIAL, KERAWANANAN DAN PRIORITAS PENANGANAN STUNTING PADA BALITA

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan gizi yang menjadi penyebab hampir 50% kematian anak di dunia. Prevalensi stunting Tahun 2023 di kota depok mencapai 3.2% nilai ini dua kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Wilayah terdekat yaitu Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola sebaran dan wilayah dengan risiko tinggi stunting, agar dapat menentukan prioritas penanganan stunting di Kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain studi ekologi menggunakan pendekatan spasial deskriptif . Data pada penelitian ini berasal dari Data Profil Kesehatan Kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Geoda dan Quantum GIS versi 3.34. Berdasarkan hasil uji autokorelasi global menunjukkan nilai Indeks Morans sebesar 0.136, nilai harapan atau E [I] sebesar -0.027 dan pseudo p-value sebesar 0.062. Hasil uji autokorelasi spasial lokal morans menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 wilayah dengan nilai signifikansi dibawah 0.05. Wilayah tersebut dikategorikan kedalam kuadran High-High sebanyak 2 wilayah dan kuadran Low-Low sebanyak 5 wilayah. Hasil pemetaan kerawanan stunting tertinggi berada pada wilayah Barat Daya dan Tenggara Kota Depok. Terdapat wilayah hotspot dan rawan stunting tinggi di Kota Depok yang dapat dijadikan prioritas penanganan penurunan stunting.References
