HUBUNGAN KEBISINGAN DENGAN STRES KERJA KARYAWAN DI AREA RAWMIL INDARUNG VI PT. SEMEN PADANG

Saat ini, sektor industri mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Namun, penerapan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) masih belum berjalan secara efektif, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk gangguan kesehatan seperti stres kerja. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi pada stres kerja namun jarang menjadi perhatian yaitu kebisingan. Kebisingan selain menimbulkan gangguan pendengaran, juga dapat menyebabkan penurunan performa kerja sekaligus menjadi penyebab stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebisingan dan stres kerja pada karyawan di area Raw Mill Indarung VI PT. Semen Padang. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 45 pekerja di area Raw Mill Indarung VI PT. Semen Padang, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner DASS-42 (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 42) dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil uji univariat menunjukkan, sebagian besar responden terpajan kebisingan > 85 dBA /8 jam sebanyak 25 orang (55,6%) dan sebagian besar responden mengalami Stres kerja berat sebanyak 25 orang (55,6%). Pada uji bivariat menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara kebisingan dan stres kerja dengan nilai p=0,013. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas kebisingan, semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap stres kerja. Salah satu penyebab stres kerja adalah tingginya intensitas kebisingan, sehingga diperlukan manajemen pengendalian risiko, seperti penggunaan alat pelindung telinga untuk mengurangi dampak kebisingan.References
