SUSPECT KAWASAKI DISEASE PADA ANAK LAKI – LAKI BALITA PADA RUMAH SAKIT SUMBER WARAS JAKARTA BARAT

Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras merupakan salah satu penyedia pelayanan kesehatan di daerah Jakarta Barat. Pasien datang ke IGD pada tanggal 10 September 2024, didapati pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki berusia 6 bulan 15 hari datang dengan keluhan demam selama 4 hari. Saat datang, demam hari ke-4 dengan tipe demam demam remiten. Keluhan lain disertai dengan batuk, sesak dan muntah yang dimulai bersamaan dengan keluhan demam. Keluhan pasien tidak mebaik dengan pemberian obat walaupun sudah diberikan terapi sesuai keluhan pasien. Hingga saat ini pasien masih minum ASI dan makanan pendamping ASI. Tidak terdapat keluhan selama kehamilan ataupun beberapa hari setelah lahir. Berdasarkan pediatric assesment triangle, pasien dinyatakan memiliki gangguan pada sistem saraf pusat atau gangguan metabolik. Berdasarkan hasil anamnesa dan pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan ruam di kulit kepala, bibir merah, lidah tampak gambaran “strawberry tongue”, sesak napas, penurunan Hemoglobin dan peningkatan LED serta edema pada ekstremitas atas dan bawah. Dari hasil pemeriksaan ditegakkan diagnosa utama dari pasien tersebut adalah Kawasaki Disease dengan diagnosa tambahan pneumonia dan anemia hipokrom mikrositik. Dari diagnosa tersebut pasien diberikan terapi dengan aspirin dan intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) untuk mengurangi komplikasi dari penyakit Kawasaki Disease. Namun pada pasien tidak diberikan terapi intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) dikarenakan terdapat keterbatasan pada pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Pada pasien memiliki prognosis yang baik walaupun tidak diberikan terapi intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG).References
