LAPORAN KASUS PENATALAKSANAAN MULTIPLE CHRONIC CONDITIONS MENCAKUP LOW BACK PAIN, DISLIPIDEMIA, UNDERWEIGHT DAN DISPEPSIA DENGAN PENDEKATAN KEDOKTERAN KELUARGA

Dalam masyarakat, kondisi multiple chronic conditions (MCC) menjadi sangat umum, terutama di kalangan lansia dan paruh baya. Penanganan MCC membutuhkan peran keluarga selain profesional kesehatan dan pengobatan farmakologis. Dalam kasus ini, seorang wanita berusia 77 tahun yang mengalami berbagai kondisi kronis, termasuk nyeri punggung bawah, dislipidemia, berat badan kurang, dan dispepsia, yang diobati melalui terapi kedokteran keluarga. Tujuan dari laporan kasus ini adalah untuk menunjukkan betapa pentingnya peran keluarga dalam mengelola pasien dengan MCC. Namun, keluarga pasien memiliki faktor risiko yang berasal dari golongan sosiodemografis menengah kebawah, sehingga tenaga kesehatan profesional harus berperan aktif. Selain itu, MCC meningkatkan kemungkinan mengalami kecacatan dan mengurangi kualitas hidup lansia. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien, pengawasan dan tindakan lanjutan dari tenaga kesehatan sangat penting. Setelah penatalaksanaan secara kontinu selama 1 bulan, pasien mengalami perbaikan klinis dan juga merasakan support dari keluarga yang kemudian meningkatkan rasa “sehat”-nya. Pemeriksaan kolesterol total didapatkan 183 mg/dL. Coping score pasien dan keluarga setelah intervensi adalah 4, yaitu mengetahui masalah, solusi, sebagian sudah dilakukan namun masih memerlukan pendampingan. Karena itu pendampingan pasien harus terus dilakukan supaya dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.References
