KOLABORASI TATALAKSANA ANTARA DOKTER DAN PSIKOLOG DALAM PENANGANAN GANGGUAN MENTAL EMOSIONAL (GME) DEPRESI UNIPOLAR DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN TANAH ABANG

Depresi merupakan gangguan suasana perasaan yang ditandai dengan perasaan sedih yang mendalam, kehilangan minat serta gambaran afeksi negatif lainnya yang dapat mengganggu fungsi dan aktivitas di kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penanganan depresi unipolar pada pasien Nn. WA, seorang wanita berusia 27 tahun yang datang pada 09 September 2022 dengan gejala depresi sedang. Diagnosis awal menggunakan SRQ-20 (+19) dan PHQ-9 (16), yang menunjukkan depresi sedang unipolar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi terhadap kondisi klinis pasien dan evaluasi proses kolaborasi tim medis dalam pengobatan. Terapi yang diberikan meliputi Supportive Therapy, Grounding Technique, serta pemberian obat Fluoxetine 20 mg setiap pagi dan Diazepam 2 mg setiap malam. Setelah terapi dan pemantauan intensif, pasien menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada kontrol terakhir pada 14 Juni 2023, dengan skor PHQ-9 turun menjadi 1 dan afek pasien menjadi normal. Penggunaan Diazepam juga berkurang sejak Maret 2023 dan tidak lagi diberikan dalam sebulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pelayanan antara psikiater, dokter umum, dan psikolog dalam pengobatan depresi di fasilitas kesehatan primer dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur memberikan hasil yang efektif serta bermakna secara signifikan dan lebih cost-effective, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien secara signifikan.References
