FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERPERAN TERHADAP KONSUMSI TABLET TAMBAH DARAH SELAMA MASA KEHAMILAN DI JAKARTA (ANALISIS DATA SKI 2023)

Anemia pada ibu hamil masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang penting di Jakarta. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018, proporsi jumlah TTD ³ 90 tablet yang diminum selama kehamilan di Jakarta hanya sebesar 55,9%. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor – faktor yang berperan terhadap konsumsi TTD ³ 90 tablet selama kehamilan adalah status pernikahan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan frekuensi ANC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berperan terhadap konsumsi TTD ³ 90 tablet selama kehamilan di Jakarta.Data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari SKI 2023 khusus wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – November 2024. Populasi target pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perempuan hamil di Jakarta berusia 10-54 tahun, dengan populasi sumber adalah seluruh perempuan sedang hamil dan memiliki riwayat kehamilan di Jakarta berusia 10-54 tahun yang terpilih menjadi responden SKI 2023, analisis data memperhitungkan pembobotan dan menggunakan cox regresi pada analisis multivariat. Pengaruh dinyatakan dengan Prevalensi Ratio adjusted (PR adjusted).Hasil analisis menunjukkan PR crude dari masing- masing variabel independen yaitu status menikah (PR:0,64), pendidikan ³ SMA(PR:1,08), bekerja(PR:1,05), paritas £ 2(PR:0,99) dan frekuensi ANC ³ 6 kali(PR:1,629), sedangkan PR adjusted untuk variabel frekuensi ANC ³ 6 kali(PR:1,63) signifikan secara statistik, sedangkan status menikah (PR:0,63) tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari berbagai faktor seperti status pernikahan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan frekuensi ANC, hanya frekuensi ANC yang berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi TTD selama kehamilan di Jakarta.Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara frekuensi ANC ³ 6 kali terhadap konsumsi TTD ³ 90 tablet selama kehamilan di Jakarta, setelah dikontrol status menikah.References
