ANALISIS KESIAPAN RSUD MUHAMMAD SANI KARIMUN MENUJU PENERAPAN RUMAH SAKIT RAMAH LINGKUNGAN (GREEN HOSPITAL)

RSUD Muhammad Sani, sebagai fasilitas kesehatan rujukan di Kabupaten Karimun, terus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat sekaligus mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui konsep Green hospital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan RSUD Muhammad Sani dalam menerapkan konsep rumah sakit ramah lingkungan, sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan sekaligus meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumen kebijakan rumah sakit, dengan pedoman dari Kemenkes 2018 tentang rumah sakit ramah lingkungan dan Permenkes RI No. 7 Tahun 2019 tentang kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan RSUD Muhammad Sani telah memulai langkah awal, seperti pengelolaan limbah medis sesuai standar dan penghematan energi. Namun, tantangan signifikan masih ada, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, minimnya pelatihan, infrastruktur pendukung yang belum memadai, rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan staf, serta alokasi anggaran yang terbatas. Penguatan kebijakan internal dan penerapan strategi komprehensif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan menuju Green hospital. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi pengembangan kebijakan berkelanjutan, pelatihan intensif bagi staf, adopsi teknologi ramah lingkungan, serta integrasi konsep hijau dalam desain bangunan dan pengelolaan fasilitas. Implementasi Green hospital di RSUD Muhammad Sani diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pelestarian lingkungan di Kabupaten Karimun.References
