ABDOMEN AKUT DI UGD : STRATEGI TRIASE DAN MANAJEMEN AWAL BERDASARKAN BUKTI KLINIS

Acute abdomen adalah kondisi medis yang ditandai dengan nyeri perut yang mendalam dan mendadak, yang sering kali memerlukan penanganan darurat. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pendekatan triase dalam penanganan acute abdomen dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penanganan awal. Literatur terkait triase pada acute abdomen diperoleh melalui pencarian di database medis seperti PubMed dan Cochrane Library dengan kata kunci “acute abdomen”, “triage”, dan “emergency surgery acute abdomen”. Analisis dilakukan untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan triase, termasuk gejala klinis, tanda vital, dan pemeriksaan fisik yang dapat menunjukkan tingkat keparahan kondisi. Keberhasilan dalam penanganan acute abdomen sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan dan akurasi dalam melakukan triase. Gejala seperti nyeri perut mendalam yang datang tiba-tiba, penurunan tekanan darah, dan peningkatan denyut jantung dapat menunjukkan kondisi yang mengancam jiwa dan memerlukan penanganan segera. Pada triase, pasien dengan resiko tinggi seperti perforasi atau perdarahan internal harus diprioritaskan. Penilaian yang cermat dan tepat dapat mengurangi kemungkinan kematian dan kecacatan pada pasien. Pemantauan yang intensif dan evaluasi risiko yang akurat dapat meningkatkan peluang pemulihan dan mengurangi kemungkinan komplikasi serius. Pendekatan triase yang efektif memungkinkan pengelolaan yang lebih efisien dan aman, memberikan hasil yang lebih baik bagi pasien acute abdomen.References
