POLA MAKAN DAN KADAR ASAM URAT ORANG DEWASA DI DESA BUBUTAN KECAMATAN PURWODADI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Seseorang yang mengalami asam urat dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya pola makan yang tidak terkontrol dan sering mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung purin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara pola makan dengan kadar asam urat pada orang dewasa di Desa Bubutan Kabupaten Purworejo RT 08 RW 03. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Cross Sectional dan di uji dengan analisis Chi-Square. Teknik sampling yakni purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 85 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki pola makan yang buruk sebanyak 56 (65,9%) dengan rata-rata 71,97. Mayoritas memiliki kadar asam urat yang tinggi sebanyak 49 (57,6%) responden, dengan rata-rata kadar asam urat laki-laki 7,2 mg/dL dan perempuan 6,3 mg/dL. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,008 < (0,05) sehingga Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Kesmpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola makan dengan kadarasam urat pada orang dewasa di Desa Bubutan Kabupaten Purworejo RT 08 RW 03. Diharapkan bagi masyarakat lebih memperhatikan pola makan dengan menghindari makanan yang tinggi purin serta bagi tenaga kesehatan melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai penyakit asam urat serta pola makan sehat bagi orang dewasaReferences
