PERBANDINGAN BIAYA RILL RUMAH SAKIT DENGAN TARIF INA-CBGs PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP MALARIA

Malaria masih menjadi masalah dan tantangan kesehatan yang signifikan bagi masyarakat di wilayah endemis, Provinsi Papua. Pemerintah Indonesia telah berkomitmen untuk melakukan pemberantasan malaria melalui Program Eliminasi Malaria 2030. Biaya perawatan malaria ditanggung oleh pemerintah pada fasilitas tingkat lanjut seperti rumah sakit melalui klaim yang sesuai dengan tarif INA-CBGs. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan perbedaan biaya pengobatan pasien malaria yang menjalani rawat inap rumah sakit pemerintah tipe C disalah satu wilayah endemis Kota Jayapura, Provinsi Papua dibandingkan dengan tarif INA-CBGs. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasional dengan desain studi cross-sectional dengan data yang dikumpulkan secara retrospektif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pasien yang menjalani rawat inap periode 1 Januari sampai 31 Desember 2023 dan terdaftar dalam kepesertaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) masuk ke dalam kriteria inklusi. Data penelitian biaya rumah sakit pasien malaria yang menjalani rawat inap secara deskriptif dianalisis kesesuaiannya dengan tarif INA-CBGs. Berdasarkan selisih total tarif rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBGs pada 170 pasien yang menjalani rawat inap. Rumah sakit mengalami kerugian sebesar 43,43% atau sebanyak Rp214.423.550 dari total tarif INA-CBGs yang telah ditetapkan. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah Rumah sakit perlu melakukan evaluasi dan mengidentifikasi faktor penyebabnya sehinnga tidak terjadi perbedaan tarif yang cukup besar antara biaya rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBGs.References
