ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PUSKESMAS X, KOTA ADMINISTRASI JAKARTA SELATAN TAHUN 2024

Kepuasan kerja menggambarkan sejauh mana seseorang menyukai (puas) atau tidak menyukai (tidak puas) berbagai aspek dalam pekerjaannya dan seringkali dihubungkan dengan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpuasan terhadap pekerjaan berhubungan dengan burnout dan turnover pegawai yang pada akhirnya tentu akan berdampak buruk terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja di Puskesmas X, Jakarta Selatan, berdasarkan 9 dimensi kepuasan kerja menurut Spector dan hubungannya dengan karakteristik karyawan (jenis kelamin, usia, masa kerja, status kepegawaian). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan memanfaatkan hasil survey kepuasan karyawan yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas X. Survey menggunakan kuesioner Job Satisfaction Survey, JSS Spector, dilakukan terhadap 61 tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 70,5% karyawan puas terhadap pekerjaannya. Dimensi kepuasan paling tinggi didapatkan pada dimensi Nature of Work (19,75) dan paling rendah pada dimensi Operating Condition (14,31). Ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna (p<0,05) antara jenis kelamin dan kepuasan kerja dengan nilai p=0,00, OR 26,727. Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna (p>0,05) antara usia (p=0,151), masa kerja (p=0,68), status kepegawaian (p=0,115) dengan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja karyawan di Puskesmas X sudah cukup baik. Untuk menjamin peningkatan mutu yang berkelanjutan, Puskesmas X dapat menyusun strategi pengembangan organisasi berdasarkan dimensi-dimensi kepuasan kerja dan melakukan evaluasi kepuasan kerja karyawan secara berkala.References
