ULKUS KORNEA OKULAR DEXTRA : LAPORAN KASUS

Ulkus kornea adalah defek lapisan epitel kornea hingga ke lapisan stroma yang ditandai dengan diskontinuitas jaringan kornea dan infiltrat supuratif, ulkus kornea dapat terjadi akibat infeksi bakteri, virus, jamur, dan parasit maupun non infeksi seperti penyakit autoimun, defisiensi vitamin A, keratitis terekspos dan trauma. Seorang laki-laki berusia 41 tahun datang ke poli mata RSUD Ciawi dengan keluhan timbul bercak putih pada mata kanan disertai dengan mata merah, buram, nyeri, mengganjal dan silau saat melihat cahaya sejak 1 minggu yang lalu. Pasien mengaku keluhan muncul karena sering menangis sehingga seringkali membasuh matanya menggunakan ujung tissue akibat penyakit stroke yang diderita pasien, selain itu karena mata terasa tidak nyaman pasien juga mencuci mata menggunakan air rendaman sirih. Pada status oftalmologis okular dextra pasien didapatkan visus 2/60 dengan tes pinhole negative, tampak konjungtiva bulbi hiperemis disertai dengan injeksi sillier, kornea tampak keruh dan terdapat ulkus sentral berukuran ± 2 mm x 2 mm disertai sekret berwarna kekuningan. Dilakukan fluorescein test dengan hasil positif dan tekanan intraokular palpasi mata kanan meningkat. Pada pemeriksaan visus okular sinistra didapatkan 2/60 dilakukan tes pinhole naik menjadi 3/60, pada pemeriksaan segmen anterior okular sinistra tidak ditemukan adanya kelainan, pada pemeriksaan tekanan intraokular palpasi didapatkan normal. Telah dilaporkan satu kasus ulkus kornea dextra et causa bakteri DD jamur pada pasien laki laki berusia 41 tahun. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan penunjang.References
