Self efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk mengatasi tantangan, yang berperan penting dalam mendukung kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara.Self Efficacy memengaruhi kemampuan pasien dalam menetapkan tujuan, mempertahankan usaha,dan mengelola efek samping dari kemoterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Self Efficacy dari pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar pada tahun 2024. Faktor faktor yang memengaruhi Self Efficacy antara lain, Pengalaman Menguasai Sesuatu (Mastery Experience), Modeling Sosial (Vicarious Experience), Persuasi Verbal (Verbal Persuasion) dan kondisi fisik dan emosional (physiological and emotional states).Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional.jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan dari beberapa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Self Efficacy hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai P-Value 0.000 < 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor antara lain, Pengalaman Menguasai Sesuatu (Mastery Experience), Modeling Sosial (Vicarious Experience), Persuasi Verbal (Social Persuasion) dan Kondisi Fisik dan Emosi (Physical and Emotional states) berpengaruh terhadap Self Efficacy Pasien Kanker Payudara di Ruang Kemoterapi Center Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar.References
