Ibadah Haji membutuhkan stamina yang baik agar dapat melaksanakan serangkaian ibadah fisik yang intens baik didalam ruang tertutup maupun terbuka. Haji 2024 mayoritas terdiri dari lansia yang merupakan kelompok usia berisiko tinggi dan menderita berbagai penyakit. Keadaan ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko kesehatan seperti kelelahan, dehidrasi dan kondisi kesehatan yang ada saat pelaksanaan Haji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang berkaitan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada calon jamaah haji dari provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2024. Metode analitik dengan desain studi potong lintang melibatkan sebanyak 8014 responden yang diperiksa kesehatannya 2-3 bulan sebelum keberangkatan haji. Menggunakan total sampel dari populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder siskohatkes. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi square (bivariat) dan uji cox regression (multivariat). Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 46.8 % responden menderita penyakit hipertensi. Faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi pada jemaah haji yaitu usia 41-50 tahun dengan (PR 1.79; 95% CI: 1.49–2.16), usia 51 – 60 tahun (PR 2.42; 95% CI: 2.03–2.89) dan usia ? 61 tahun (PR 3.04; 95% CI: 2.54-3.63), IMT (PR 1.26; 95% CI: 1.18–1.35), diabetes melitus (PR 1.18; 95% CI: 1.09-1.27), dislipidemia (PR 1.12; 95% CI: 1.05–1.20), riwayat keluarga dengan hipertensi (PR 1.25; 95% CI: 1.16–1.35). Faktor risiko dominan pada penelitian ini ialah usia, dimana usia ? 61 tahun memiliki risiko yang paling besar yaitu 3.04 kali untuk terjadinya hipertensi. Meningkatkan pengetahuan jamaah mengenai potensi risiko kesehatan yang dihadapi selama haji dan mengikuti langkah-langkah pencegahan dapat membantu mengurangi risiko kesehatan jamaah selama hajiReferences
