EVALUASI KEJADIAN STUNTING DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS JAMBE

Kasus stunting di beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Tangerang masih cukup tinggi, salah satunya di Puskesmas Jambe, Kecamatan Jambe. Puskesmas Jambe mencatat sebesar 0,49% atau 88 kasus stunting pada Februari 2024. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa tingkat stunting di Puskesmas Jambe masih tergolong tinggi. Meskipun telah dilakukan upaya penurunan stunting melalui program STBM di beberapa desa, kesenjangan dalam pencapaian standar pengentasan stunting masih terlihat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor lokal yang terkait dengan stunting dan mendukung upaya pengurangan stunting di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi logistik biner menggunakan program SPSS for Windows versi 25.0. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode bulan Mei hingga Juli 2024 dengan populasi mencakup seluruh balita berusia 0-59 bulan yang berada di wilayah Puskesmas Jambe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara tinggi badan ibu dan kejadian stunting pada balita. Di sisi lain, variabel berat badan lahir, panjang badan lahir, dan pendidikan ibu memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Sementara itu, jenis kelamin balita, pendapatan orang tua, dan pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Panjang badan lahir merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kejadian stunting di wilayah Puskesmas Jambe Tahun 2024.References
