Abstract

Scabies merupakan infeksi kulit yang disebabkan oleh Sarcoptes Scabiei. Indonesia termasuk dalam 5 negara dengan beban scabies tertinggi dan pesantren salah satu tempat yang paling banyak menderita scabies. Untuk mengendalikan penyebaran scabies, diperlukan protokol preventif yang efektif serta tim kesehatan yang paham mengenai mutu dan ketahanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah pesantren sudah mengetahui konsep mutu dan ketahanan kesehatan serta infeksi scabies dan mengetahui apakah perlu dibentuk Tim Mutu dan Ketahanan Kesehatan di Pesantren. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara terstruktur. Pengolahan data menggunakan software NVivo 12. Dilakukan di Pesantren Darunna’im Yapia, Parung, Bogor. Didapatkan bahwa koding ke delapan responden mempunyai kemiripan (similarity) dengan angka pearson correlation coefficient ≥ 0,7 artinya saling berkorelasi satu sama lain. Kesimpulan yang di dapat tim kesehatan belum mengetahui secara mendalam tentang konsep mutu dan ketahanan kesehatan serta infeksi scabies. Perlu dibentuk Tim Mutu dan Ketahanan Kesehatan.
