PENGARUH VARIASI BERAT BADAN TERHADAP TEMPERATUR TUBUH DAN NILAI SPECIFIC ABSORPTION RATE (SAR) PADA PEMERIKSAAN MRI KEPALA

Penelitian tentang pengaruh variasi berat badan terhadap temperature tubuh dan nilai SAR pada pemeriksaan MRI kepala dengan menggunakan media kontras ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi berat badan terhadap suhu tubuh dan nilai SAR pada pemeriksaan MRI kepala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan MRI kepala di RSUP Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar, dengan total sampel sebanyak 30 sampel. Variasi berat badan bertindak sebagai variabel independen sedangkan suhu tubuh dan nilai SAR bertindak sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dengan mencatat berat badan, temperature sebelum dan sesudah pemeriksaan serta nilai SAR pada saat melakukan pemeriksaan MRI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p-value variabel variasi berat badan terhadap kenaikan suhu tubuh sebesar <0.001 < 0.05, sedangkan p-value antara variasi berat badan terhadap nilai SAR sebesar 0.041 < 0.05. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut p value <0.05 maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variasi berat badan terhadap kenaikan suhu tubuh dan nilai SAR pada pemeriksaan MRI kepala.References
