PERAN SEKUEN DIXON PADA PEMERIKSAAN MRI MRCP DENGAN KASUS KOLELITIASIS DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUP PROF. DR. I. G. N. G. NGOERAH DENPASAR

Kolelitiasis adalah penyakit yang sering terjadi pada sistem bilier, ditandai dengan adanya batu empedu yang dapat menyebabkan nyeri akut dan komplikasi lainnya. Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) merupakan salah satu metode non-invasif yang digunakan untuk visualisasi saluran empedu dan pankreas, dengan penggunaan sekuen Dixon yang bertujuan untuk memisahkan jaringan lemak dari jaringan non-lemak guna meningkatkan kualitas citra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sekuen dixon pada pemeriksaan MRCP dengan kasus kolelitiasis di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan radiografer dan dokter spesialis radiologi, serta analisis citra hasil pemeriksaan MRI MRCP. Lima pasien dengan kasus kolelitiasis dari Januari hingga Maret 2024 menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sekuen Dixon pada prosedur MRI MRCP dapat meningkatkan kontras citra dengan meminimalkan artefak yang disebabkan oleh jaringan lemak, sehingga memudahkan identifikasi batu empedu. Namun, kekurangan dari sekuen ini adalah durasi pemeriksaan yang lebih lama, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada pasien. Kesimpulannya, sekuen Dixon memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil pencitraan pada pemeriksaan MRI MRCP, terutama dalam kasus kolelitiasis, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis yang perlu diperhatikan.References
