STRES PADA DOKTER PRAKTEK : STUDI KUALITATIF PADA DOKTER UMUM DI FKTP BIDDOKKES POLDA SUMUT TAHUN 2023

Penelitian ini menyelidiki stres pada dokter FKTP Biddokkes Polda Sumut. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Sifat subjektif peneliti menjadi instrumen penelitian, oleh karena itu digunakan perpanjangan waktu, triangulasi sumber, dan triangulasi metode pengumpulan data untuk memverifikasi data. Dokter, Kasubbag Kespol Biddokkes, dan keluarga menjadi informan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Miles dan Hubberman. Penelitian menunjukkan dokter FKTP Biddokkes Polda Sumut stres. Karena padatnya beban kerja, kelelahan cukup besar. Gejala stres berkisar dari ringan hingga berat. Dokter bersantai dengan menonton TV, istirahat, bercerita, berlibur, serta merawat tanaman dan hewan peliharaan. Kapolda Sumut yang membawahi seluruh FKTP di tingkat yang sama, berupaya mengurangi stres para dokternya dengan menambah jumlah dokter honorer untuk membantu mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan di FKTP maupun dalam kegiatan kepolisian. Dengan lebih banyak dokter, dokter praktik seharusnya memiliki lebih banyak waktu istirahat dan meminimalkan stres.References
