Penelitian ini dilandaskan hasil observasi awal yang menginformasikan tingginya tingkat turnover di kalangan tenaga kesehatan yang berdampak pada stabilitas dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi yang digunakan adalah tenaga kesehatan di unit rawat inap. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga ditemukan responden sebanyak 77 tenaga kesehatan dengan status karyawan tetap. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisa menggunakan analisa three-box method serta PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program Smart-PLS dan SPSS sebagai perbandingan. Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, kecerdasan emosional, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional Budaya organisasi mampu memperkuat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional, sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Budaya organisasi merupakan variabel dominan yang mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasional.References
