KEMAUAN MEMBAYAR (WILLINGNESS TO PAY VAKSIN DENGUE: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Vaksin dengue menjadi salah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah namun di Indonesia vaksin dengue tidak ditanggung pemerintah dan masih sedikit masyarakat yang berminat untuk melakukan vaksinasi dengue. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kesediaan membayar untuk vaksinasi dengue di seluruh dunia dengan mengkasi nilai WTP tiap negara tersebut dengue. Desain Penelitian: Tinjauan sistematis. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada bulan September- November 2022. Database digunakan untuk pencarian artikel dari tahun 2012 hingga 2022 (kurun waktu 10 tahun). Studi yang memenuhi syarat diidentifikasi, dianalisis, dan dilaporkan mengikuti Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Kriteria inklusi adalah studi willingness to pay, vaccine dengue. Studi ini menghasilkan 9 artikel memenuhi kriteria penyertaan dalam bahasa inggris yang mengevaluasi WTP untuk vaksin dengue, baik vaksin yang telah ada ataupun hipotesis. Semua nilai WTP yang diekstraksi dikonversi ke tahun 2022 dalam mata uang Indonesia Rupiah (Rp) untuk perbandingan. Hasil : Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kesediaan untuk membayar vaksin dengue di beberapa negara bervariasi dari dari Rp 221.271,- hingga Rp 1.212.902.-. Studi yang dilakukan di negara yang sama mungkin memiliki nilai WTP yang berbeda. WTP rata-rata untuk semua negara sebesar Rp 687.312,-. Kesimpulan: Dari evaluasi tiap negara, tingginya nilai WTP tidak sejalan dengan tingginya nilai PDB per kapita masing-masing negara. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai WTP bukan hanya PDB per kapita negara. Persepsi risiko, faktor sosio-ekonomi, metode evaluasi WTP yang digunakan, dan beberapa faktor lain yang perlu dikaji lebih lanjut juga mempengaruhi besaran WTP.References
