Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendaftaran online pada aplikasi Mobile JKN terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS AMC Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien yang mendaftar menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN pada bulan maret 2024 yang berjumlah 3236. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Accidental Sampling dengan perhitungan rumus Slovin sehingga meinghasilkan sampeil seibanyak 97 sampeil, teiknik peingumpulan data meinggunakan kueisioneir yang dianalisis meinggunakan reigreisi lineiar seideirhana, koeifisiein deiteirminasi dan uji T. Dilihat dari peiroleihan R squarei atau koeifisiein deiteirminasi yaitu 0,865 sama artinya deingan 86,5% beirpeingaruh positif dan signifikan teirhadap keipuasan pasiein di RS AMC Bandung.
