PEMERIKSAAN COLOK DUBUR SEBAGAI ALAT DIAGNOSIS DINI UNTUK DETEKSI KEGANASAN ANUS DAN REKTUM : LITERATURE REVIEW

Pemeriksaan colok dubur (DRE) merupakan metode diagnostik yang penting dalam mendeteksi keganasan anus dan rektum, meskipun perkembangan teknologi diagnostik lebih modern terus berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas DRE dalam mendeteksi abnormalitas rektum serta memahami anatomi yang relevan dan komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan desain deskriptif, yang melibatkan analisis dari literatur dan studi kasus terkait DRE. Populasi penelitian mencakup berbagai sumber literatur medis, dengan sampel berupa studi-studi yang relevan mengenai DRE. Variabel penelitian meliputi sensitivitas DRE, anatomi terkait, dan komplikasi potensial. Alat pengumpulan data berupa dokumen literatur dan data penelitian sebelumnya, dimulai dengan pencarian literatur di berbagai database ilmiah terkemuka, seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar, menggunakan kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan DRE, deteksi keganasan rektum dan anus, serta teknik dan efektivitas DRE dalam praktik klinis sedangkan metode analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DRE memiliki sensitivitas yang baik dalam mendeteksi lesi distal rektum dan merupakan prosedur penting dalam diagnosis meskipun adanya risiko komplikasi seperti nyeri, pendarahan, dan infeksi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa DRE tetap menjadi alat diagnostik yang efektif dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang anatomi dan risiko terkait, memungkinkan deteksi dini yang berharga sambil meminimalkan komplikasi.References
