KORELASI TINGKAT KECUKUPAN KONSUMSI ZAT GIZI DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING DI PUSKESMAS PULANG PISAU, KABUPATEN PULANG PISAU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara tingkat kecukupan konsumsi energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 0-24 bulan (baduta) di wilayah Puskesmas Pulang Pisau, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Studi ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur tinggi badan, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner. Data asupan zat gizi dihitung dengan recall 24 jam sebelum survei untuk mengetahui jumlah konsumsi energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat pada anak baduta dengan stunting dan anak baduta yang memiliki tinggi badan normal dihitung menggunakan aplikasi Nutrisurvey dengan Database Pangan Indonesia. Semua uji dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui korelasi tingkat kecukupan asupan zat gizi, termasuk energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat pada anak bawah dua tahun (baduta). Analisis menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan terdapat hubungan lemak pada kejadian anak baduta stunting (p < 0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan asupan energi, protein dan karbohidrat dengan kejadian anak baduta stunting (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan, anak baduta dengan asupan makanan yang adekuat berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada keluarga baduta. Baduta perlu asupan zat gizi seimbang untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting melalui peningkatan pengetahuan gizi ibu.References
