ANALISIS KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 SELAMA 20 BULAN DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA DRS. TITUS ULLY

Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 (DMT2) adalah kondisi kronis sekaligus masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan. Indonesia, dengan 19,5 juta kasus diabetes pada tahun 2021, menempati peringkat kelima secara global, dan peringkat pertama dalam proporsi kasus yang belum terdiagnosa. Kelangsungan hidup individu dengan DMT2 sangat bergantung pada manajemen glikemik, penyakit penyerta, kepatuhan terapi, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup pasien DMT2 di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Drs. Titus Ully selama periode 20 bulan. Metode dalam penelitian ini enggunakan desain kohort retrospektif, penelitian ini melibatkan semua pasien DMT2 yang berobat selama Januari 2021 hingga Januari 2022. Data diambil dari rekam medis dengan fokus pada variabel usia, jenis kelamin, kadar gula darah sewaktu (GDS), riwayat hipertensi, riwayat DMT2 pada keluarga, dan status kelangsungan hidup. Analisis kelangsungan hidup menggunakan metode Kaplan-Meier, sementara perbandingan diuji menggunakan Log-Rank. tidak memiliki riwayat hipertensi dan tidak memiliki riwayat DMT2 pada keluarga. Hasil observasi terhadap status kelangsungan hidup subjek menunjukkan bahwa 26,9% subjek berstatus sensor, sementara 70,1% subjek lainnya tetap hidup hingga akhir observasi. Dari analisis lima variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup subjek DMT2, ditemukan nilai p untuk jenis kelamin (p=0,508), kelompok usia (p=0,957), kadar GDS (p=0,213), riwayat hipertensi (p=0,010*), dan riwayat DMT2 pada keluarga (p=0,030*). Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa tingkat kelangsungan hidup pada pasien dengan DMT2 secara signifikan lebih rendah pada pasien dengan riwayat hipertensi dan riwayat penyakit T2DM pada keluarga.References
