KASUS HERPES ZOSTER TORAKALIS DEKSTRA PADA PASIEN COVID 19 TERKONFIRMASI

Herpes zoster adalah salah satu jenis virus herpes yang disebabkan oleh reaktivasi virus varicella zoster (VZV) di ganglion saraf sensorik posterior. Biasanya terjadi pada usia 60 tahun. Virus ini ditularkan melalui unit seluler VZV tertentu, yang merupakan jenis yang paling umum. Herpes zoster ditemukan di daerah toraks, serviks, oftalmik, dan lumbosakral. Pandemi COVID-19 yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 telah menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan gejala terkait herpes zoster. Gejala biasanya dimulai dengan kelemahan prodromal yang terjadi 1 bulan sebelum lesi kulit muncul. Diagnosis herpes zoster dan Covid-19 ditegakkan melalui kasus herpes zoster thoracal dextra di Manado. Kasus ini melibatkan pasien dengan riwayat ketahanan parah, pneumonia, dan asma bronkial. Pasien tersebut didiagnosis mengidap COVID-19 dan telah diobati dengan antibiotik serta usap PCR. Pemeriksaan fisik pasien meliputi berat badan normal, indeks massa tubuh sehat, dan suhu 36,5 ºC. Penatalaksanaan kasus ini berupa antivirus (asiklovir), anti nyeri (gabapentin), dan topikal (kompres NaCl, bedak salisil 2% dan asam fusidat krim). Prognosis pada pasien ini quo ad vitam bonam, quo ad functionam dubia ad bonam, serta quo ad sanationam bonam.References
