A LITERATURE REVIEW : PATOMEKANISME GASTROPATI DIABETIK

Gastropati diabetik menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas sehingga membutuhkan manajemen yang optimal. Memahami patomekanisme gastropati diabetik sangat penting untuk modalitas pengobatan yang lebih spesifik sesuai dengan hal-hal yang mendasarinya. pencarian artikel untuk narrative review ini mengunakan kata kunci diabetic gastropathy, diabetic gastroparesis, gastric emptying, pathomechanism melalui website seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect dan Elsevier. Didapatkan hasil 53 jurnal yang sesuai dan menjelaskan hal-hal yang terlibat dan saling berinteraksi dalam mekanisme gastropati diabetes termasuk sistem saraf ekstrinsik, otot polos, sistem saraf enterik, Interstitial Cells of Cajal (ICC), Neuronal Nitric Oxide synthase (nNOs) dan sel-sel imun yang berkontribusi pada patomekanisme yang kompleks. Dengan mengetahui patomekanisme gastropati diabetik diharapkan dapat memberikan pengobatan yang lebih baru yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang mendasarinya sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita.Downloads
