KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN LIPOMA RS BHAYANGKARA MAKASSAR DAN RS IBNU SINA TAHUN 2019-2022

Lipoma adalah tumor jaringan lunak yang terdiri dari sel-sel lemak dewasa. Etiologi lipoma tidak jelas, angka kejadian 2,1/1000 pertahun dengan prevalensi 1% populasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penyakit lipoma di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar dan Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina. Metode descriptive retrospective study dengan desain cross sectional. Data merupakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pasien lipoma di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar dan Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina selama Tahun 2019-2022. Angka lipoma tahun 2019-2022 di RS Ibnu Sina 84 orang dan di RS Bhayangkara 27 orang. Kelompok usia terbanyak kedua rumah sakit yaitu usia 19-40 tahun (41,7% RS Ibnu Sina, 44,4% RS Bhayangkara). Jenis kelamin terbanyak di RS Ibnu Sina laki-laki (56%) sedangkan RS Bhayangkara perempuan (59,3%). Lokasi terbanyak pada Punggung dikedua rumah sakit (17,9% RS Ibnu Sina, 29,6% RS Bhayangkara). Status Gizi terbanyak di RS Ibnu Sina Normal (31%) sedangkan di RS Bhayangkara Normal dan Obesitas 1 (37%). Lipoma banyak didapatkan pada usia Dewasa (19-40 tahun) pada daerah Punggung. Jenis Kelamin pasien lipoma tersebar antara laki-laki dan perempuan sedangkan Status Gizi tersebar terbanyak pada kelompok Normal dan Obesitas 1.
