Abstract

Kelelahan adalah keadaan menurunnya ketahanan seseorang dalam bekerja. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja antara lain faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan, faktor lingkungan dan faktor psikologis Faktor penyebab kelelahan di tempat kerja seperti demografi (jenis kelamin, usia, status gizi, beban kerja, ukuran tubuh) dan faktor eksternal seperti beban kerja dan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini merupakan desain studi analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menganalisis faktor risiko kelelahan kerja (umur, masa kerja, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, kualitas tidur) dengan kejadian Kelelahan kerja. Sampel berjumlah 30 orang karyawan Hotel yang merupakan total populasi. Kejadian Kelelahan kerja pada responden sebanyak 36,70%, umur responden terbanyak ada pada umur 20-29 sebanyak 56,70% Tahun, masa kerja 0-10 Tahun sebanyak 63,30%, jenis kelamin responden didominasi oleh laki-laki sebanyak 56,60%, status pernikahan antara yang sudah menikah dengan lajang mempunyai proporsi sama yaitu 50%, dan kualitas tidur dengan kategori terbanyak yaitu buruk sebanyak 53,30%. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara umur (p = 0,00), masa kerja (p = 0,04), status pernikahan (p = 0,00), dan kualitas tidur (p = 0,01) dengan kejadian Kelelahan kerja. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang komprehensif oleh manajemen dan mitigasi kelelahan, termasuk dukungan organisasi, perencanaan tenaga kerja kreatif.
