KARAKTERISTIK PENDERITA PENYAKIT TUBERKULOSIS EKSTRA PARU DI BALAI BESAR KESEHATAN PARU MASYARAKAT DAN RS IBNU SINA MAKASSAR TAHUN 2018-2022

Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru adalah penyakit Tuberkulosis yang menyerang organ di luar paru-paru seperti pleura, selaput otak, kelenjar getah bening, tulang, persendian, kulit, saluran pencernaan, peritoneum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penderita penyakit Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru di Balai Besar Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat dan RS Ibnu Sina Makassar Tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekstriptif menggunakan data sekunder rekam medik pasien. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu metode cross sectional yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian karakteristik Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru berdasarkan usia didapatkan usia terbanyak yaitu 26-62 tahun 50,7%, jenis kelamin laki-laki 53,4% dan perempuan 46,6%, status gizi yang terbanyak yaitu underweight 67,1%, riwayat merokok 97,3% adalah pasien tidak merokok. Berdasarkan Jenis Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru Limfadenitis TB 74%, Pleura TB 19,2%, TB Abdominal 12,3%, TB Tulang 1,4%, TB Miliar 4,1% dan laringitis TB 1,4%. Sputum Basil Tahan Asam positif 24,7% dan negatif 75,3%, X-Ray Thorax didapatkan adanya lesi 80,8% dan tidak ada lesi 19,2%. Tes Cepat Molekuler negatif 100%, Riwayat kontak dengan pasien Tuberkulosis tidak diketahui 100%, Riwayat penyakit Tuberkulosis didapatkan kasus baru 94,5% dan kasus relaps 5,5%. Pasien Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru pada Tahun 2018-2022 terbanyak pada usia rentan 26-62 tahun dengan jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu laki-laki dan jenis Tuberkulosis Ekstra Paru yang terbanyak adalah Limfadenitis TB.References
