INTERVENSI FAKTOR RISIKO PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DI TEMPAT KERJA: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Penyakit jantung koroner memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat pekerja. Baik secara global maupun di Indonesia masih menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi dan menghabiskan anggaran yang sangat besar. Penyakit ini sebagian besar dapat dicegah dengan mengendalikan faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menilai literature terkait intervensi faktor risiko penyakit jantung koroner di tempat kerja. Sehingga program pencegahan serupa dapat dirasakan manfaatnya untuk pekerja, perusahaan dan masyarakat lainnya. Penelitian sistematis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) untuk menilai, menelaah dan mensintesis penelitian. Pencarian melalui database PubMed dan Google Schoolar. Periode yang diambil adalah 2018-2023. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “Coronary Artery Disease”, “Wellness Program”, “Worksite Intervention”. 7 jurnal penelitian dipilih setelah melalui tahapan yang ditentukan dengan index scopus Q1 dan Q2. Ada beberapa intervensi faktor risiko penyakit jantung koroner yang dijumpai diantaranya adalah aktivitas fisik atau olahraga, pengaturan pola makan, penyuluhan kesehatan, program berhenti merokok dan manajemen stres. Intervensi tersebut untuk mengendalikan faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi yaitu obesitas, hipertensi, dislipidemia, diabetes, merokok, konsumsi alkohol, stres, kurang aktivitas fisik. Dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang bervariasi dari sarana yang dimiliki, intervensi tersebut terbukti signifikan dalam mengendalikan faktor risiko penyakit jantung koroner. Manfaat dapat dirasakan baik oleh pekerja dan perusahaan.References
