EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN KAPSUL VITAMIN RAMBUT SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF BODY MARKER PADA PASIEN PEMERIKSAAN MRI VERTEBRA THORACAL MENGGUNAKAN MRI 0,35 TESLA

Pemeriksaan MRI Vertebrae thoracal menggunakan pesawat MRI Low tesla (0,35) pada citra potongan sagital sulit untuk membedakan anatomi thoracal dan lumbal, karena keterbatasan ukuran coil spine yang digunakan pada pemeriksaan ini maka solusinya pemeriksaan MRI thoracal di BRSUD Tabanan menggunakan kapsul vitamin rambut sebagai penanda atau body marker agar lebih jelas membedakan anatomi thoracal dan lumbal dengan tujuan untuk menambah informasi dalam penegakan diagnosa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen menggunakan tipe posttest only intervensi group design. Dari uji statistik didapatkan hasil nilai p value < 0.05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara menggunakan marker maupun tanpa marker karena dapat memudahkan radiolog dalam dalam penegakkan diagnosa dan menentukan lokasi kelainan pasien. Didapatkan hasil ada hubungan penggunaan kapsul vitamin rambut sebagai body marker pada pemeriksaan MRI Thoracal menggunakan 0,35 Tesla dalam membantu penegakkan diagnose dengan cepat dan menentukan lokasi kelainan pasien meskipun terdapat keterbatasan area body coil yang digunakan.References
