HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN OAINS TERHADAP KEJADIAN PERDARAHAN SALURAN CERNA ATAS PADA PASIEN YANG MENJALANI ENDOSKOPI DI RS.IBNU SINA MAKASSAR

Perdarahan yang terjadi pada saluran pencernaan bagian atas merupakan kasus yang paling umum pada perdarahan saluran pencernaan, biasanya disebabkan oleh penggunaan obat anti inflamasi non steroid (OAINS) dengan tingkat kejadian sekitar 75-80%. Endoskopi gastrointestinal memiliki akurasi 90% dalam mendiagnosis dan mengelola perdarahan saluran cerna karena itu digunakan sebagai gold standard dalam mendiagnosa perdarahan saluran cerna. Penelitian ini menggambarkan hubungan penggunaan OAINS terhadap kejadian perdarahan saluran cerna atas dengan menggunakan diagnostik endoskopi dan riwayat penggunaan OAINS di RS. Ibnu Sina Makassar Tahun 2021. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilaksanakan bulan Juni-Juli 2023 dengan menggunakan data sekunder rekam medik pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan endoskopi karena perdarahanan saluran cerna atas tahun 2021. Terdapat 83 yang menjalani endoskopi akibat perdarahan saluran cerna dan ditemukan perdarahan saluran cerna atas sebanyak 65 orang (78,30%),riwayat mengkonsumsi OAINS sebanyak 42 orang (64,6%). analisis menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,000 (?<0,01). terdapat hubungan penggunaan OAINS terhadap kejadian perdarahan saluran cerna atas pada pasien yang menjalani diagnostik endoskopi di RS.
