ANALISIS PENYAKIT PENYERTA KASUS COVID-19 PEKERJA PERUSAHAAN PT. X

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk di dunia usaha industri. Pekerja diharapkan tetap bekerja secara optimal dan produktif, namun program pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit infeksi tersebut harus tetap dilakukan secara ketat. Manifestasi klinis dan dan berat gejala Covid-19 dipengaruhi olah banyak faktor yang berbeda tiap individu dan populasi. Untuk analisis peranan faktor usia dan penyakit penyerta terhadap derajat sakit Covid-19, studi potong lintang dilakukan terhadap 225 pekerja perusahaan yang terinfeksi Covid-19 sejak Maret 2020 hingga Mei 2021 menggunakan hasil evaluasi kesehatan berkala dan monitoring perawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia, penyakit hipertensi dan penyakit jantung berhubungan dengan derajat sakit Covid-19 yang lebih berat.
