EFEK KESEHATAN PSIKOLOGIS, FISIK, PEKERJAAN, DAN DEMOGRAFIS TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PEKERJA: KAJIAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Kesejahteraan psikologis pekerja memiliki implikasi penting baik di tempat kerja maupun aspek lain dari kehidupan pekerja. Kesejahteraan psikologis pekerja akan berdampak pada hasil kerja, kesuksesan, kinerja dan produktivitas organisasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kesejahteraan psikologis pekerja profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengakses online database dari Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan GooggelCendekia, dan menggunakan kata kunci yang berbeda, yaitu “factors affecting professional worker well being” “DAN”, “ATAU” “professional worker well being”, “DAN”, “ATAU” “worker well being”. Selanjutnya, sebanyak 159 didapat dari Scopus, 19.577 dari ScienceDirect, 51.685 dari ProQuest dan 17.800 artikel diperoleh dari GoogleCendikia, dengan total 89.221. Kriteria inklusi pada makalah yang diterbitkan antara Tahun 2013 dan 2023, relevansi judul dan abstrak, menggunakan semua jenis penelitian, baik deskriptif kualitatif, maupun kuantitatif., serta ketersediaan teks lengkap. Artikel yang tidak lengkap dan tidak relevan dengan topik kemudian dikeluarkan, setelah itu total sepuluh jurnal dipilih untuk analisis dengan menggunakan Model PICO (Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Kesejahteraan psikologis pekerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor kesehatan psikologis, yaitu mindfulness, perilaku kognitif, gangguan mood, stres, depresi, kecemasan, strategi koping, makna hidup, dan ketahanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Faktor kesehatan fisik meliputi obesitas, komorbiditas fisik, kelelahan, gejala muskuloskeletal, kesehatan kerja. Faktor pekerjaan adalah kondisi kerja fisik, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja, beban pekerjaan, otonomi pekerjaan, sumber daya pekerjaan, kelas pekerjaan, tuntutan pekerjaan (beban kerja dan tekanan waktu) dan sumber daya pekerjaan (otonomi dan dukungan sosial). Faktor demografis meliputi sosiodemografi seperti umur, tipe pekerjaan, status perkawinan, wilayah kerja, dan sosial ekonomi. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraaan psikologis pekerja profesional meliputi dimensi kesehatan psikologis, kesehatan fisik, dimensi pekerjaan, dan sosiodemografis.References
