STUDI ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG TERKAIT DENGAN INFEKSI SENDI PROSTETIK SETELAH TOTAL KNEE ARTHROPLASTY : TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS SEPULUH TAHUN

Infeksi sendi prostetik (PJI) adalah komplikasi yang jarang namun serius setelah total knee arthroplasty (TKA), yang sering mengakibatkan morbiditas pasien yang signifikan, perpanjangan masa rawat inap, dan biaya finansial yang cukup besar. Tujuan dari tinjauan sistematis ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan infeksi sendi prostetik setelah total knee arthroplasty. Studi ini mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020, meninjau publikasi berbahasa Inggris dari tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Editorial, tinjauan duplikat dari jurnal yang sama, dan makalah yang tidak memiliki DOI dikecualikan. Pencarian literatur dilakukan menggunakan PubMed, SagePub, SpringerLink, dan Google Scholar. Hasil: Sebanyak 1.800 artikel awalnya diidentifikasi melalui basis data online (PubMed, SagePub, SpringerLink, dan Google Scholar). Setelah tiga putaran penyaringan, delapan studi relevan dipilih untuk analisis teks lengkap. Kesimpulan: Risiko infeksi sendi prostetik setelah total knee arthroplasty dipengaruhi oleh kompleksitas bedah, obesitas, komorbiditas, dan nutrisi yang buruk. Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola faktor-faktor ini, terutama pada pasien berisiko tinggi, dapat mengurangi angka infeksi. Penelitian di masa depan harus memperbaiki prediksi risiko dan mengevaluasi strategi preventif yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan hasil pasien.References
