Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X SAMPAI 4 SMK N 2 Kudus setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik symbolic modeling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dalam konseling dengan subjek penelitian adalah 8 siswa kelas X SAMPAI 4 SMK N 2 Kudus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kepercayaan diri dan pedoman observasi. Layanan konseling kelompok dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang terbagi dalam tiga kali pertemuan untuk Siklus I dan tiga kali pertemuan untuk Siklus II. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.References
