PERAN TEKNOLOGI BLOCKCHAIN DALAM MENINGKATKAN TRANSPARANSI SERTIFIKASI HALAL DI INDUSTRI MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN

Perkembangan industri halal global yang pesat menuntut adanya sistem yang transparan dan akuntabel dalam memastikan kehalalan produk, khususnya pada rantai pasok pangan halal. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam rantai pasok halal adalah memastikan integritas dan keaslian informasi halal dari hulu ke hilir. Teknologi blockchain hadir sebagai solusi inovatif yang menawarkan kemampuan pencatatan data secara permanen, terdesentralisasi, dan tidak dapat diubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam pemanfaatan teknologi blockchain dalam mendukung sistem rantai pasok halal, khususnya dalam aspek verifikasi, transparansi, dan ketertelusuran produk halal. Melalui studi literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan blockchain mampu memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen dengan menyediakan informasi yang real-time dan dapat diakses oleh semua pihak yang terlibat dalam rantai pasok. Selain itu, integrasi blockchain dengan teknologi lain seperti Internet of Things (IoT) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) semakin memperkuat sistem ketertelusuran halal secara digital. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti kesiapan infrastruktur, regulasi, dan tingkat literasi teknologi masih menjadi kendala dalam implementasi blockchain di industri halal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pelaku industri, dan lembaga sertifikasi halal untuk mewujudkan ekosistem rantai pasok halal yang lebih transparan dan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi blockchain. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem rantai pasok halal yang lebih modern dan terpercaya di masa depan.References
