Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepemilikan manajerial, intellectual capital dan financial distress pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus statistik untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital perusahaan yang tinggi dapat menurunkan nilai perusahaan yang disebabkan pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan intellectual capital yang dimiliki perusahaan tidak maksimal dan intellectual capital yang dimiliki perusahaan tidak menjadi suatu keunggulan dari perusahaan dengan perusahaan lain. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa Financial distress sebagai variabel intervening terbukti memediasi hubungan antara intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property real estate dan konstruksi bangunanReferences
