MODEL PENINGKATAN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MELALUI PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN ISLAMIC WORK ETHICS DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABLE INTERVENING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terhadap employee engagement, serta menganalisis dampak perceived organizational support, Islamic work ethics, dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance di Bank Jateng Cabang Syariah Pekalongan yang membawahi Bank Jateng Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Tegal dan Brebes. Populasi yang dianalisis berjumlah 130 responden, dengan sampel sebanyak 116 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, demikian pula dengan Islamic work ethics yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Employee engagement juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, serta mampu memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terhadap employee performance.References
