PERAN ETIKA DAN AKUNTABILITAS DALAM PENGUATAN PROGRAM LINTAS SEKTOR UNTUK PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN EKSTREM DI KABUPATEN CILACAP

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka kemiskinan ekstrem di Kabupaten Cilacap, meskipun berbagai program lintas sektor telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika dan akuntabilitas dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program lintas sektor serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mendukung pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data study pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran etika dan akuntabilitas sangat krusial dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program lintas sektor di Kabupaten Cilacap untuk pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem. Penerapan prinsip etika yang kuat dalam pengelolaan program dapat memastikan keadilan, transparansi, dan integritas dalam setiap tahap pelaksanaannya, sementara akuntabilitas yang baik akan memperkuat sistem pengawasan dan pemantauan yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya komitmen terhadap etika, sistem pengawasan yang lemah, serta rendahnya kapasitas pengelola program. Untuk itu, penerapan strategi peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan, penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk transparansi, dan penguatan koordinasi antar sektor serta partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk memperbaiki tata kelola program, sehingga meningkatkan dampak pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem di daerah tersebut.References
