Memahami Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Menurut Perspektif Filsafat Administrasi Negara

Pancasila merupakan sintesa dari pendapat para founding fathers tentang konsep dasar negara. Nilai-nilai agama dan adat mengilhami Pancasila yang menjadi pedoman bangsa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai etika Pancasila menjadi landasan ilmu ketatanegaraan Indonesia. Tulisan ini mengkaji nilai-nilai Pancasila dari sudut pandang filsafat ketatanegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa falsafah Pacasila yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia merupakan sumber utama dalam pembentukan falsafah ketatanegaraan yang dirumuskan dari lima sila Pancasila yang mengandung nilai-nilai luhur bangsa. ajaran moral tentang bagaimana berperilaku yang baik, beretika, dan beretika. Penyelenggara negara harus bertindak tepat dan memberikan manfaat bagi warga negara.Downloads
